Personal Protocol

Maintaining confidentiality on our side starts with training and education. Internal written protocols, thorough training at the onset of employment and periodic updates, are a fundamental part of our operations.

Along with training and education, we exercise diligence by instituting internal constraints in the form of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements with all employees. These agreements are used in conjunction with thorough background checks, as well.

An additional mechanism that has been employed is an individual confidentiality agreement between us and counsel.

Another important USP is our cultivating a corporate culture that puts a premium on low attrition as a stable workforce mitigates confidentiality risks by minimizing the number of former employees in circulation.

Technological Pathways

Firewall to stop illegal entry points: Firewall is set up to prevent unauthorized electronic access to a networked computer system within the company’s local area network / intranet / private network. It is configured to permit, deny, encrypt, decrypt, or proxy all computer traffic between different security domains based upon a set of rules and other criteria. All messages entering or leaving the LAN/intranet pass through the firewall, which examines each message and blocks those that do not meet the specified security criteria.

Server with Domain Logging for all users without local storage rights: This ensures that the information stays secure on the server. Users with the right authentication can access data (that they are allowed to access) from any computer on the intranet / LAN making them mobile and at the same time keeping the data safe on the server. Backup of the server data is stored on tapes on Blu-ray DVDs and stored in fireproof storage and also a copy is kept outside the premises with same security as in the office premises. Redundant storage with sync facility helps achieve high availability and high reliability.
