• Perform an online civil and/or criminal court records search.
• Prepare wage garnishment letters to employers.
• Prepare any additional local forms depending on the jurisdiction.
• Compile a Summary Sheet with any additional information that should require your attention.
• Email initial draft of the petition to Attorney.
